Is it necessary for the EC to create 45 new constituencies five months to the December polls?

THIS TIMING OF THE EC IS BAD. THIS IS BECAUSE IT HAS IGNITED TOO MUCH SUSPISCION, TOO CLOSE TO ELECTION AND BEING DONE IN A RUSH. IT IS INCREASING THE POLITICAL TEMPERATURE.
